Each participating leader has a confidential voice conversation with our AI interviewer, 20 to 25 minutes, on their own schedule. No surveys, no forms, no software to install.

Systems and data inventory
A structured review of the systems your business runs on and the data they hold. Read-only, guided by us, no access to employee accounts required.

The readout
A working session with your leadership team: the layer map, the alignment findings, and a sequenced recommendation you can act on with or without us.
A staged path you control
If the readout points to a build, the next step is a fixed-fee discovery and roadmap sprint: a deeper map of your data, systems, and workflows, and a sequenced plan for your stack. From there, foundation builds proceed layer by layer, each one paired with a narrow workflow that proves it.
There is no obligation at any stage. The assessment readout is yours to keep, and plenty of teams use it simply to get their leadership aligned before making any AI decision at all.
