Important: This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal data that Privagent processes on behalf of customers as a service provider or processor. That processing is governed by our Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

It does not apply to Customer Content or personal data uploaded to or processed within the Privagent platform on behalf of customers.

Contact information (name, email address, phone number, company name), Account and authentication information, Billing and payment-related information, Communications and support requests, and Information provided during onboarding or sales discussions.

IP address and device identifiers, Browser type, operating system, and usage data, Log files and interaction data, and Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).
2.3 Information from Third Parties
Lead and enrichment data from business partners, Information from authentication or integration providers, and Publicly available professional information.
