How Confidentiality Works
What the interviewer asks for, and why
Our interviewer will ask for basic context like your role, department, or team. This helps us organize findings so leadership receives insights broken down in ways that are actually useful: by department, by function, by team. Without this context, the data is just noise.
What leadership receives
Anonymized reports showing patterns, themes, and aggregated findings across the organization. No individual responses. No names. No way to trace any finding back to a specific person.
What leadership does NOT receive
Individual interview responses, transcripts, names of participants, or any information that could identify who said what.
Sharing your name is optional
If a participant prefers not to share their name, that's completely fine. However, we do need to understand their role and what part of the organization they work in. Otherwise, their input can't contribute to the insights that drive real improvements.
The same rules at company scale
The discipline that protects your people also protects your company. Everything you share with us during an engagement is handled under the same data sovereignty rules we build for clients: your information stays yours, it is never used to train outside models, and it is never exposed raw.
