How We Protect Your Employees
Confidentiality is the foundation of everything we do. Here's exactly how it works.
Important for you as a leader
This is not a performance review. It is not an HR exercise. No one on your team is being evaluated, scored, or ranked.
The goal is simple: understand how your systems, workflows, and decision-making processes actually work day to day, so you can make smarter improvements to the way work gets done.
How Confidentiality Works
What Dave asks for — and why
Dave will ask for basic context like your role, department, or team. This helps us organize findings so leadership receives insights broken down in ways that are actually useful — by department, by function, by team. Without this context, the data is just noise.
What leadership receives
Anonymized reports showing patterns, themes, and aggregated findings across the organization. No individual responses. No names. No way to trace any finding back to a specific person.
What leadership does NOT receive
Individual interview responses, transcripts, names of participants, or any information that could identify who said what.
Sharing your name is optional
If an employee prefers not to share their name, that's completely fine. However, we do need to understand their role and what part of the organization they work in — otherwise, their input can't contribute to the insights that drive real improvements.
